Fished 1 to 5pm for whites today and kept 45 nice ones. We fished north of the Finlay bridge on the wind blow sand bars and used the 2 jig rig with a fast retrieve to catch our fish. We still have a few openings for fishing trips and the fishing is good and will get better as the water cools down.

Fished for whites today and found them on the sand bars from point 3 north. We caught most on the 2 jig rig in 2 foot of water or less. We also found some deep fish with the 1oz. man-o-lures and 1 keeper walleye in 12 foot of water. We kept 86 nice whites and 1 walleye and released some nice bass we caught on the jigs shallow.

Fished for the whites today and with the wind they were shallow and we caught fish all day on the 2 jig rig. We fished the wind blown sand bars from point 2 north. Didn’t keep any , but we released a lot of nice fish it was a good day.

Fished for the whites today from 8am to noon ,we tried deep and shallow from mid lake north. There was know wind and they were hard to find , kept 20 that were all caught shallow on the jigs. We used the 2 jig rig with 1/4 oz. heads and 3in twisters and shad bodies in lots of colors and they all worked.

Got rained out to day , I will be out Sat and Sun will let you know how we do.

OK I’m going to try to keep this going for the rest of the year. I’m only fishing 4 days a week, but I’ll let you know how it’s going. Fished 2 half day trips today for whites we kept 34 in the morning and 33 in the after noon. Most were caught on the 2 jig rig in 1 to 3ft of water from mid lake north on the wind blown sand bars. The rest were 12 to 15 ft. on 1oz. Mann-o-Lures. Had to cover a lot of water to find them , the fishing is good and getting better.
